Biography
Bertha Yiberla Yenwo is a pioneering social entrepreneur, leadership coach, Business Councilor, and certified Project Management Office (PMO) Practitioner, a retired civil servant (Tax Inspector).
As the founder and CEO of the Mike Denny International Institute of Excellence, she has dedicated her Leadership to shaping the next generation by instilling strong values, molding character, and building the competence young people need to pursue excellence and makea lasting, meaningful impact in society.
As a women’s economic empowerment capacity builder, she has made a significant impact by equipping women, especially at the grassroots level, with skills, confidence, and Leadership capacity needed to thrive and lead inclusively.
DR. Yenwo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Yaounde and a Higher Diploma from the prestigious National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), Yaoundé. She also holds an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) in Social Service from the Socrates Social Research University Trust New Delhi India. Her professional excellence has earned her multiple leadership awards with the most recent being the Women’s Empowerment Excellence Award 2025 by Brand Vista London .
